I built the Live Inventory Platform to reveal every unit’s status in real time across floors. You can view unit size, price, and price per m², with status badges (Available, Reserved, Sold). It uses a dark, high-contrast UI with cyan and amber accents, a responsive grid, and pill badges that keep information legible at a glance. Filters allow discovery by floor, size, and price, enabling rapid comparisons and informed choices. This platform embodies transparency and accountability, giving buyers and investors a clear view of value, timing, and options.
I designed a streamlined reservation path that translates intent into action. It offers a refundable or credit-backed reservation to reduce friction, and guides buyers through necessary steps (documentation, financing options) with minimal back-and-forth. The flow is integrated with live inventory, so reservations reflect instantly and progress is visible in dashboards. The tool supports confidence: pre-reserve, secure a unit, and schedule a private consultation.
I align pre-sale activities with finance timelines, legal due diligence, and construction milestones. The system tracks timelines, budgets, and commitments with transparent governance, ensuring clarity for buyers and partners. The inventory data is synchronized with planning and delivery calendars to minimize surprises, support timely handover, and maintain accountability.
